Answer

  • Route based on the geographic location of resources
  • Shifting routing is done based on the bias value
  • Resources can be of AWS and non-AWS type
    • For non-AWS you have to specify latitude and longitude in addition to AWS region as done in AWS-based resources
  • To use it, you have to use Route 53 traffic flow
